SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND ROLE
The Service is a digital platform that enables communication and offers between shippers, transport companies, and private users.
The Service operates as a technical marketplace and does not participate in the execution, implementation, or supervision of transports.
The Service is not a transport company, freight forwarder, shipping agent, or a party to transport contracts.
All transport-related contracts are formed directly between users without the Service's involvement.
USER RESPONSIBILITY
The user is responsible for:
- the accuracy and timeliness of the information they provide.
- having all necessary permits, insurance, and rights for transport operations.
- the legality, ownership, and content of the transported goods.
The user commits not to publish on the Service:
- illegal, misleading, or fraudulent content.
- stolen, unauthorized, or restricted goods.
- content that violates EU legislation or national law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Service is not responsible for any of the following, directly or indirectly:
- damaged, lost, or stolen cargo.
- transport delays, cancellations, or failures.
- financial losses, lost profits, or indirect damages.
- disputes between users, breach of contract, or unpaid services.
- incorrect or misleading information published by users.
All transport-related risks and liabilities belong solely to the contracting parties (shipper and transport provider).
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The Service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
The Service reserves the right to:
- modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service
- restrict user access to the Service in case of terms violation.
USE OF DIGITAL DOCUMENTS
Any digital waybills, documents, or files serve only as tools between users.
The Service is not responsible for documents':
- accuracy.
- legal validity.
- official acceptability.
The user is responsible for ensuring the legality and acceptability of documents.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All Service content, structure, code, visual appearance, and logic are the property of the Service or its licensors.
The user may not:
- copy, reproduce, or use the Service commercially without permission
- decompile, modify, or misuse technical solutions
DATA PROTECTION AND EU REGULATIONS
The Service complies with:
- EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Digital Services Act (DSA) regulations
- EU e-commerce principles
Personal data processing is described in a separate privacy policy.
MAXIMUM LIABILITY
To the extent liability cannot be limited by law, the Service's potential liability is limited to a maximum of fees possibly charged for service use during the preceding 12 months.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the Service and accepting an offer, the user confirms they have read and accepted these terms of service in their entirety.
